Who is the PLY Team?
Jacey Boggs Faulkner
Jacey has spent the last decade falling in love with fiber, writing a book (Spin Art, Interweave, 2012), writing for various fiber and spinning magazines, producing a spinning DVD (Sit & Spin, 2009, self), and teaching all over the world. Jacey is excited to marry her passions of spinning, teaching, and writing and make PLY the very best it can be.
Karen Robinson
Karen is a knitter and spinner who has also been a copy editor for quite some time. When she’s not crafting, you can find her with a book in her hands. She is thrilled to combine her passions by putting her editing experience to use for PLY.
Elizabeth Fitzpatrick
A long-time art director, designer, illustrator, fine artist, nascent ukulele player, married to a prolific spinner and fiber artist, Elizabeth is delighted to be directing her abilities toward the task of making PLY Magazine fabulous.
Bernadette Emerson
Bernadette is a maker, editor, musician, and mother. She co-founded Rhythm of the Home in 2009. She enjoys the challenge of bringing each issue of PLY to life through photography.
Meagan Condon
Meagan is obsessed with the science behind fiber. There are no projects, only experiments! She lives on twenty acres in Kansas, where she devotes her time to conducting research on anything that looks vaguely like fiber. She is committed to providing the most accurate information to the spinning community!
Jillian Moreno
Jillian is curious about all things yarn. She explores, questions and plays with fiber and wants to take as many people as possible along for the ride through her writing and by teaching all over the world. She is thrilled to be a part of the team that makes all parts of PLY an exceptional spinning experience.
Jeannie Sanke
Jeannie is thrilled to be part of PLY and loves working with fiber arts businesses to help share their products with the PLY community.
Beth Vincelette
Beth and her cat are terribly camera-shy, but love to play with anything fuzz-related. A knitter, spinner, weaver, and dyer with extensive experience in customer service in several industries, she loves talking to Ply subscribers from all over the world about their passions for all things fiber.
